Orders must be paid at the time you place your order by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, certified check, money order,
or personal check. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

Customers mailing in their orders to us with a check or money order should be sure to add enough to cover the shipping cost. Orders paid with checks with P. O.
Box addresses, no addresses, or starter checks must be held for approximately two weeks for check clearance.
Any overpayments will be promptly refunded to you.
Postal/Shipping charges will be added automatically to all orders;

will be automatically added to the order.
Phoenix, Arizona Sales Tax will be added automatically
to all orders shipped to Arizona addresses.
UPS, Federal Express, and USPS Priority Mail and next day delivery is available.

For all credit card orders, we only ship to the charge card billing address.
Orders may require verification of delivery address, so please provide a daytime telephone number.
During the first thirty (30) days, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item provided that the original item has not been used,
is in its original display packaging, which also must be in new condition,
and all parts, accessories, warranty cards, instructions, etc. are enclosed.
You must have a "Return Authorization Number" from Customer Service
before sending any merchandise back to us. A copy of
your invoice as proof of purchase must also accompany all returns. We are not responsible
for return shipping costs and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unless other merchandise of equal or greater value is ordered
when we received the returned merchandise, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund check or credit.
We cannot be responsible for returned merchandise that arrives damaged if it was not packaged properly. We recommend that our customers insure all returned merchandise.
Merchandise Damaged in Transit
If your merchandise arrives damaged, notify us before returning it. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt to insure proper handling of your claim. Remember to keep the original packaging. A shipping company representative may come to your home to inspect the damaged parcel and return it to us.
If there is a situation where you are shipping damaged merchandise back to us, be sure to get a "Return Authorization Number" from
Customer Service and follow the shipping instructions under "Returning Merchandise" listed above.
